This delivery and return policy applies to all orders placed in the INTROSTYLE online store. We strive to ensure smooth and reliable delivery of orders worldwide by working with reliable international couriers.

All shipments to the US are sent on a DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) basis. This means that all customs and import duties are paid by the seller, so the customer will not have to pay any additional fees upon receipt of the shipment.

We ship worldwide, except for the following countries: Russia, Belarus, Ukraine.

 

Customs and taxes

USA: all customs and import taxes are included in the order price and paid by the seller.

Other countries: any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT are the responsibility of the buyer and may be applicable according to local laws.

 

We recommend checking your country's customs regulations before placing an order.

 

Delivery times

Orders are usually prepared and shipped within 2-5 business days.

 

Estimated delivery times

EU countries: 1-5 business days after shipment.

Non-EU countries: 5-10 business days after shipment.

Express delivery: 2-4 business days after shipment.

 

Delivery times may be affected by customs procedures, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. When the order is shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number by email.

 

Returns

 

The customer has the right to return the goods within 14 calendar days of receipt.

 

•    The buyer pays the return shipping costs, except in cases where the goods are defective or incorrect. If the order contained several items, the customer may return one or more of them and is not required to return the entire order.

•    Returned goods must be unworn, with original and undamaged labels, in good condition, and suitable for resale.

•    Goods that have been worn, damaged, or do not have labels cannot be returned.

•    Personalized/custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged.

•    It is recommended to send returned items by registered mail or courier so that the delivery can be tracked.

•    Returned items must be properly packaged and sent together with a completed return form to the following address: E. Galkauskienės įmonė "Eustilija", Bijūnų g. 12, LT-48399 Kaunas, Lithuania

•    The order number must be indicated on the shipment so that we can identify the return.

 

Refund

 

•    Refunds will only be issued for goods that have actually been returned. The original delivery costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the goods are damaged or the wrong goods were delivered.

•    Refunds will only be issued after the returned goods have been inspected. Refunds will be issued within 5-10 business days of receipt and inspection of the goods. Depending on the bank or payment service provider, it may take a few additional days for the money to reach the customer's account.

•    If the goods are found to be worn, no refund will be made and the goods will be sent back to the buyer, who will be responsible for the shipping costs.
